CSz Richmond is hosting auditions for the CSz Late Night House Team—a bold, boundary-pushing ensemble that performs uncensored, experimental improv as part of our late-night programming. We’re looking for improvisers who thrive on risk-taking, genre-hopping, and collaborative storytelling.

Auditions will involve group scenes, character work, and longform play. You don’t need to bring anything—just show up ready to listen, support, and get weird. Whether you're into musical improv, grounded narratives, or absurd comedy that breaks all the rules, there's room for your voice in this ensemble.
