A Week of Laughter, Learning, and Big Confidence!
Give your child the gift of creativity and connection this summer! ComedySportz Improv Summer Camp is a high-energy, game-based camp designed to help kids discover their voice, build confidence, and have a whole lot of fun—on and off stage. Campers will spend five days learning the foundations of improv through the same fast-paced, family-friendly games used in our professional ComedySportz shows.
📍 Location: CSz Richmond Theater (8906-H W. Broad St.)
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily
🍎 Lunch & Snacks: Please send a brown bag lunch and two snacks each day. Note: We are a nut-free camp—no peanut or tree nut products, please.

What They’ll Learn:

Throughout the week, campers will build core skills that make great improvisers—and even better friends and teammates. Using interactive theater games and scene work, they’ll learn how to say “Yes, And,” think creatively, listen actively, and support their scene partners. They’ll explore bold characters, physical storytelling, vocal confidence, and quick thinking in a judgment-free environment that celebrates trying new things.
Along the way, campers develop empathy, collaboration, and self-expression—all while laughing their way through imaginative play and performance. No scripts, no pressure—just pure fun and growth through improv.
The week wraps up with a live showcase where campers get to share their favorite games and scenes with friends and family!
